Regarding our payment policy, typically, you only need to pay less than 15% of the total cost upfront.

Receiving your request -> Giving you our proposal -> You book our service -> Service arranging -> Confirmation to you from us when every service you requested was completed -> You pay the deposit -> Reconfirmation to you from us if we received your deposit -> You arrive in China and are met by us -> You pay the rest of money on spot -> Service -> Service ends. Typically, you will need to pay a deposit one month before your expected travel start date. The deposit is usually 15% of the total cost. If there are any special circumstances, we will inform you separately.

Upon receiving your reconfirmation, it will be understood that all arrangements for the group tour are accepted. If any changes or cancellations are needed, please provide written notice at least 15 days before the guests’ scheduled arrival date. Otherwise, the following cancellation fees will apply:

14-08 days before arrival: 10% of the package cost;

07-02 days before arrival: 20% of the package cost;

Within 24 hours before arrival or No Show: 50% of the package cost;

Unused land arrangements cannot be refunded if participants request changes after the tour has begun.

No, we do not offer group tour services at the moment. We mainly focus on single-item bookings and customized travel services in China.

The quotation we provide will be broken down clearly on a per city per service basis, so you can easily understand exactly what each cost component is. This transparency ensures you have a clear understanding of the pricing and can see where each cost is coming from.

Yes, our travel services include basic travel accident insurance within China. The coverage and insured amount may vary depending on the province or city. If you have any questions about this before booking, feel free to contact us for the details. However, we still recommend that you purchase appropriate travel insurance in your home country/region before departure to better handle potential risks.

We promise to try our best to meet all your satisfaction, we never escape our fault or responsibility. If any unpleasant situation occurs due to our fault, we will provide an appropriate refund or compensation. It’s part of our promise and also commented in our Terms & Conditions.

Sure, you can get a reasonable and well-arranged itinerary according to your travel period and request for FREE.

You only need to pay for the days you use our services, with the exception of remote areas where additional costs may apply due to logistics and travel time.

The areas we couldn’t find any local guides or drivers. If your itinerary involves these areas, we will notice you within our proposal to you.

For the remote areas, yes. For the main cities, no. We will try to find local guides for you in each place you visit, that means, at least, they can go home for dinner or sleep every day. Also, if you don’t mind, you can eat together and overnight in one room.

Usually, we will hire a local guide in the city you are visiting, so there typically won’t be any inter-city transportation fees. However, if the area you plan to visit doesn’t have foreign language guides, your guide may need to be arranged from nearby cities, which will incur inter-city transportation fees (usually by high-speed train or coach). If you use our private car service during the trip, no such fees will apply, but if you opt for public transportation, you will be responsible for the related costs for the guide too.

In most cases, we directly contact our employees, as this helps keep costs lower for both you and us.
